TOURNAMENT WILL BE
SCHOOL BASE AND GRADE LEVEL TOURNAMENT
SCHOOL TEAMS ONLY
Team's roster must
consist of players attending the same school or feed into the same High School
of their School District.
Parochial or Private
school teams must identify the schools in their school system (district) that
feed into the same high school.
ONLY ONE ENTRY FEE:
Tournament entry Fee of $250.00 includes both weekends
IF YOUR
TEAM IS NOT A MEMBER OF USSFA THE ENTRY FEE WILL BE $300.00 THAT WILL INCLUDE
INSURANCE FOR THE TWO WEEKENDS.
Teams are not entered until
ALL forms and fees are received!

6th GRADE RULES
& INFORMATION |
| PURPOSE: |
To provide an
opportunity for girls grades 3 through 8 to participate in
competitive basketball. To develop a sense of fair play,
teamwork and to provide an opportunity to improve the physical
condition and basketball skills of all participants. To
provide quality USSFA leagues and tournaments for girls. |

| GAMES:
|
Each team
in the Tournament will be guaranteed to play 5 games or
more over two weekends |
| RULES:
|
IHSAA rules will be
followed with the following exceptions:

- Tournaments games will be
played with 12 minute halves
- Overtime will be two minutes.
- Half-time will be five
minutes.
- Each team will be guaranteed a
ten minute warm-up unless both coaches and officials
agree.
- No more than three coaches on
the bench during a game.
- Pool play ties will be broken
using the AAU tie breaker rule.

shall not exceed $4.00 per person per day |
| Officials: |
Officials must be NCAA or IHSAA licensed
officials. Each host team is responsible for
obtaining and paying officials.
Each team will be required to provide a timer or scorekeeper for
each of the games. |

| SANCTION: |
The
tournaments will be USSFA sanctioned. All teams, players and
coaches must be USSFA members. USSFA will provide 3rd party
liability insurance for each school,players and coaches. All
USSFA forms and fees must be received by Tournament Directors
(Mark Tamm) prior to the TOURNAMENT DRAW Teams will not be
eligible to play until all forms/fees have been received. |
| BEHAVIOR: |
The teams
head coach will be responsible for the actions of his/her players,
coach's and spectators. Any player, parent or spectator who
receives two technical fouls during the same game, or three during
the tournament, will result in tournament ejection. |

All players must be residents
of the school system from which their team
represents. Final roster, USSFA card numbers or forms, and team entry
form must be sent to Mark Tamm at the address shown below no later
than FEB. 10 , 2006, Draw Date Feb 12, 2006 at The Fieldhouse
at 6:00

Cost to participate
in the tournament is $230.00 or $280.00 if not
member team of USSFA

USSFA Teams & Host Information:
The first weekend will be pool play with four teams per pool 1st and 2nd
place teams will advance to A tournament & 3rd & 4th to B
tournament.
The host will get $50.00 per game I hope to find 32 to 64 team in each
grade level,
The Finals will be the second Sunday at Carmel High School:
3rd Grade A, B, C & D at 11:00 AM
4th Grade A, B, C & D at 12:30 PM
5th Grade A, B, C & D at 2:00 PM
6th Grade A, B, C & D at 3:30 PM |
