Pool-Play Tie-Breaking Procedure: Any time there are two-team ties, the winner of the head-to-head game shall advance. In the case of a three-team tie, a 13-Point System will be used with teams getting “Plus” or  “Minus” points for the margin of each game it plays (up to +13 or -13 maximum). Teams are then ranked by their +/- points. If a team forfeits, the winning team gets +13 and the forfeiting team -13.
