Tournament Rules:

IHSAA rules apply however 2nd grade boys & girls games shall be played in two 12-minute halves,  Boys Games 14-minute halves with 3 minute halftime
Clock shall run in the second half whenever a lead is of 20 points or larger.
Teams shall be given a 5 minute warm-up period.
Home team is listed first, will wear light jerseys and provide scoreboard operator --
visiting team is listed second,  will wear dark jerseys and provide bookkeeper.

Cross pool games will not be used when determining seeds.

Seeds determined by the following tie-breaker procedure:
(1) Head-to-head result
(2) +/- Total (13 point maximum per game)
(3) Coin Toss
